Khadija Mohamud runs the food blog and Instagram account Khadija’s kitchen – with food from all over the world and a focus on dishes from Africa. The love of food arose early in her native country Somalia. When the civil war broke out in 1990, the family was forced to flee. Khadija now lives in Stockholm, Sweden, and has paused her nursing education to write cookbooks.
